— Shati (Zedoary), Pushkaramoola, Danti, Chitraka, Adhaki (Pigeon pea), Shringavera (Wet ginger), Vacha, Trivrit, Hingu (asafoetida), Yavakshara, Amlavetasa, Yavani, Ajaji (Cumin), Maricha (Black pepper), Dhanyaka (Coriander), Upakunchika (Nigella), Ajamoda (Ajwain), and Matulunga Swarasa (lemon juice adjuvant). These are triturated with lemon juice and shaped into tablets

• Adults: 1–2 tablets, 1–2 times daily, before or after meals, with buttermilk or milk, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.

• Follow-up drinks vary based on body constitution (Pitta/Vata/Kapha) per tradition.
