Refund policy
We have a 7-days refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If you have received a damaged shipment or if your shipment is lost by carrier, you can apply for a refund.

Products must be within the original packaging and unused condition. You also need the receipt or proof of purchasing..
Damages and issues(Defective Items)
First inspect your package correctly after receiving it. If the product is damaged or you received the wrong product. That time our return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee and Re-stocking fee is FREE.
Customers Responsibility
Please be noted that if your products are not defective, If you still need to return the product due to mistakenly wrong item ordered / customer changed his mind - You need to pay the return shipping fee 120 INR for Domestic Shipments and 3000 INR for International Shipments or you can send back the shipment to the return address mentioned in the pacakge at your own carrier's choice.
Restocking Fees:
We do not Charge any restocking fee for your returns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don't accept return and refund on sale items / gift cards / used items.
Refund Process:
When your return is received, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. We will also send you an email if your products are accepted or rejected for return.
Refund Turnaround Time:
- Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 2–3 days of receiving your request.
- Reversal Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
