Eligibility
- Parcels lost in transit are re-shipped at our cost.
- Products damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or full refund.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed medicines cannot be returned once delivered intact.
Reporting a problem
Please email support@ayushcare.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Our team will respond within one business day.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
